Nestled in the Andratx mountains this gorgeous, secluded finca is surrounded by private paths and hidden caves whilst still within walking distance to the picturesque port of Andraxt.
When we were first engaged in this project, the client had already found her dream property. However, the home was in complete devastation in regard to the structure including insect infestations and damp interior walls. Understandably, the client was very hesitant to make an offer due to the extensive work needed on the property. Thomas Edwards arrived straight on site to survey the building and our findings allowed us to negotiate an even better price for the client, plus our Spanish fluency allowed us to break down previous language barrier struggles. Once the purchase was completed, we managed the whole project from drawing up extensive plans, gaining council approval and then executing.
With a vision of restoring an old, abandoned property in rural Mallorca, this home was transformed into a fully self-sufficient family residence. With the client expressing uncertainties on the property purchase, we gathered our team of experts to review the legal case and soon after, the purchase was made. Managing the renovation from conception to completion, we successfully delivered the dream home.
